A professional data analyst with a passion for professional development and self-learning. Having gained a distinction in my Msc in Computer Science with Cybersecurity, I have progressed on with some Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, AZ900 and AI900. I also studied for the Google Data Analytics Certificate and the Google Business Intelligence Certificate.
Currently studying for and plan to take the PL300 and DP600 soon to sement my knowlege in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
I enjoy problem solving and am passionate about learning new technologies.
An excellent communicator and team player with outside interests in charity work and currently trustee of a local charity.
Skills
A Wide Variety of Skills for an Array of Projects
I am a confident data analyst but always looking to learn and develop my skillset.
I am currently developing my data analyst skills to become proficient in Tableau and trying to bolster my SQL skills
Power BI
Able to confidently use Power Query to clean and transform data and basic use of Power Pivot for data modeling. Able to use basic DAX to create calculated columns and measures
SQL
Have completed various modules at university and assignments that require a basic level of SQL. Actively practising my skills in this area and can navigate datasets to manipulate views, filter data and perform basic joins.
Microsoft Excel
Confident in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualisations using reports and dashboards. Able to utilise pivot tables and a range of functions and formulas. as well as VBA to automate tasks.
R and Python
Currently developing my skills in this area for data analysis and data science and machine learning. Slightly more comfortable with R at present but actively learning both languages.
WordPress
Able to design, create and build responsive and secure websites with additional HTML and CSS as required
